1. Scope
This policy applies to paid coaching sessions arranged with Fitliving. Our educational guides on this website are free to read and are not subject to payment or refunds.
2. Your right to cancel
You may request to cancel a booked coaching session before it takes place. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
3. Requesting a refund
- Email us at community@fitliving.world with your name and booking details.
- Tell us the reason for your request so we can assist you promptly.
- We will confirm receipt and let you know the outcome.
4. Timeframes
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of confirmation, using the same payment method you originally used, unless we agree otherwise. Your bank or provider may take additional time to show the funds.
5. Rescheduling
If you cannot attend a session, you may ask to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance at no extra charge, subject to availability. Late changes may be treated differently depending on the circumstances.
6. Non-refundable situations
Sessions that have already taken place, or services fully delivered at your request within the cancellation period, are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
